First, you should stay well hydrated in the days leading up to your procedure. Having fluids with electrolytes (pedialyte, Gatorade) also helps in hydrating a little better than plain water. (Of course, only have these if you're allowed). Secondly, you should mention this to your anesthesiologist when they do their pre procedure assessment.
