I Graduated from a highly renowned Medicine school of Pakistan but got married and had kids. I was always big on Psychiatric issues of kids and did not want to let anyone take care of them while little. Now when I wanted to pursue my career, considered myself an older graduate. I am so passionate about this career that I took admission again in Med school to freshen up my degree and just graduated in December 2015. I Passed all my Steps in the first attempt and now looking for RESIDENCY for 2017 and going to apply this year 2016.
I loved almost every field of medicine but Psychiatry and Family practice/Internal medicine were my top choices. During my Two years of the clinical rotations, I felt really connected with patients and got tons of compliments and requests from patients and colleagues to pursue Psychiatry or Family/Internal Medicine as my career. After my graduation, I realized that our community needs more Psychiatrists because of increasing stressful conditions of everyday life. In my opinion, a patient of any kind needs proper psychologic support and that's why Psychiatry is an essential part of every aspect of Medicine and surgery practice.

There are many medications for different symptoms. I will be very careful in choosing Supplements. You definitely should not pick something with steroids like testosterone, thyroid hormone, which can give you some energy but with dangerous side effects.
