Yes absolutely you can! However, it may be more effective to take your dentures out, clean them, and rinse your mouth without the dentures in place. Using mouthwash with the dentures in will rinse the dentures but the purpose of the wash is to get it on your tissue to prevent bad breath. But, either way is just fine :)

Hydrogen peroxide is a common home remedy for whitening teeth and removing some staining along with charcoal and baking soda.
