Too many Advils?
It could be related to the extra Advil taken as the extra two may have irritated the lining of the stomach. If that did happen, it will take several days for it to recover. While recovering nausea and pain could be some symptoms. If this persists beyond 4 days, I recommend reaching out to a care provider to review your full history and see if there may be something else causing the issue.
Grapefruit and sertraline?
The half-life (the time it takes to reduce the concentration of the item by 50%) of grapefruit in the human body is 7-8 hours, so it will take 40 hours for it to be completely out of your system. Something else for you to know, it will take up to a month for the full benefits to be felt, so please stay the course.
