Here are some helpful tips though:
Can you put weight on it? Can you move on it (i.e walking around the house, getting up and down, etc)? Is there still swelling or pain? If you can move around on it easily and you have minimal/no pain or swelling, then it is healing.

Cold level laser is fantastic for speeding up recovery time on fractures. I highly recommend finding someone that can do that for you!

I tell my clients to come in for an adjustment even though they pop when they stretch to make sure that your whole spine, and body, is getting adjusted and getting adjusted correctly.
