I hope you know that if you choose this route that you would go into an early menopause, and loose valuable natural hormones, especially estrogen and testosterone. There are possible bone loss and cardiovascular issues from an early hysterectomy and removal of ovaries. I would think that your Physician would have to show that your "endometriosis" was advanced, and they would most likely offer medical treatment before moving to the surgical treatment that you are proposing.
