Heart disease is unfortunately becoming more and more common in the world. Heart disease is now the leading cause of death in both men and women. Risk factors play a major part in identifying those who are most at risk for developing heart disease. There are risk factors that can be changed with diet and exercise, but unfortunately, there are risk factors that you cannot do anything about. Below are the common risk factors that you are able to control and not able to control. On February 4th, 2022, we wear red in support of Go Red for Women to spread heart disease awareness for women.
