10-Year-Old Makes His Own Hot Sauce to Raise Money for Muscular Dystrophy
Connor then became an executive chef in his own kitchen
Since then, Connor took up the mantle of executive chef of his kitchen. While he’s still too young to cook by himself, he still experiments and comes up with new flavors while supervising the batches his father helps him cook. If the hot sauce doesn’t pass his taste-buds, then the product does not get shipped out.
“He is quite the taskmaster,” said his mother when referring to his strict tastes. After approving a new flavor or recipe, his father then follows up with the cooking, producing up to 24 bottles of hot sauces with every pot. And then, as always, these small batches are constantly monitored by Connor during the confection to ensure their quality.
