How to use essential oils

When used properly, essential oils can go a long way in reducing some of the symptoms of fibro.  There are a number of ways to use the oils including:

  • Warm or cold compresses
  • Diffused throughout the air using a diffuser
  • Added to carrier oils to be applied directly to the skin and pressure points
  • Added to teas or water
  • Added to bath water
