Lymphoma: Organizations and Events That Make a Difference
Extra Life
The Extra Life foundation is a program that is aimed at helping kids suffering from cancer and other illnesses, while also funding research. This program was started in 2008 and was inspired by a young girl, Victoria Enmon, who succumbed to Lymphocytic Leukemia. Since its emergence, this program has raised over 30 million in research and treatment funds for hospitals around the nation. Anyone can sign up, and you collect donations and vow to play a video game(s) for 24 hours straight if you reach your goal.
