The Interdepartmental Neuroscience program at Chicago’s Northwestern University published a study that concluded a strong connection between the amount of daylight you receive at work and your overall sleep activities. Those who have a window in their workplace get 170% more exposure to white light and on average, 46 minutes longer every night.
