“The bowel gas pattern is unremarkable and not obstructed. Formed stool and some colonic gas is present throughout most, if not all, of the colon. There is no mass effect, visceromegaly or pathologic calcifications identified. The included lung bases are clear and the bony elements are not remarkable.”
17 yr old female on Zoloft and Adderal having abdominal gas, bloating, distention for about a month. Doctor ordered X-ray but never called saying anything was found on them so I assume this means it’s normal but this sounds like there may be an issue.

Yes, "it seems" that the report is rather normal. However, You should ALWAYS get a response from the ordering physician. Always! Do call him or her and be sure the findings are okay and acceptable.
You should review the findings with your Doctor who requested the X-ray.
