“Am I having a heart attack?”
I have really bad chest pain, my heart is pounding really hard almost out of my chest, I feel fatigued, I feel pain in my shoulder and my left arm feels like deadweight. I'm also breathing hard.

Complaint duration: 48 hours
Medications: Lithium, guanfacine, sertaline, seroquel, and levothyroxine
Conditions: Anxiety, bipolar, liver fibrosis, hyperthyroidism

Based on current symptoms, health conditions and medications there is a low liklihood of having a heart attack. That being said, anytime you are in doubt I would recommend goint to urgent care/ER and have them do an ECG and labs .
