“Can I combine these medications?”

Yes. But too much Tylenol can damage your liver. Even for short-term use, try to keep the total amount of Tylenol less than 2 grams per 24 hours, and *always* keep the total dose less than 4 grams in 24 hours (2 grams = 2 extra strength 500mg capsules or tablets twice a day; 4 grams is 2 caps/tabs 4 times a day, kor every 6 hours.) Watch out for hidden Tylenol (acetaminophen) in various products, such as cold/congestion medicines.

No interactions were found between acetaminophen and Penicillin VK. However, this does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. Always consult your healthcare provider.

This combination is safe, for as long as no allergies to medications mentioned.
Make sure tylenol dose does not exceed 3gtams/day
