Yes. Acupressure may be able to help with insomnia, but you should do a couple of sessions per week. Combining acupuncture with herbs may be more helpful for you for faster results.
I do acupuncture which is the stimulation of the points with needles and it is very effective for insomnia. I do not do acupressure. I encourage you to book a session with your practitioner of choice to get help with relief.
I’m not aware of acupuncture’s benefit with insomnia unless you’re having pain issues.
Yes, it absolutely can treat insomnia by calming the body, balancing hormones, and relieving stress.
Yes, acupuncture can help with insomnia, though you may find that your practitioner also recommends some herbal formulas, as well.

It can help to improve confirmation if you use right set of acupuncture points. Also it can help if you add some chamomile tea an hour before need time.

Couldn't tell you, I don't use acupressure all that often. Compared to acupuncture, acupressure isn't as comfortable, the treatment effects come on more slowly, and the effect doesn't last as long.
So, does acupuncture treat insomnia? Yes, yes it does. Insomnia is something I work with a lot and I'm usually able to improve a patients' situation.
