Chest discomfort short term, daily?

Hx of afib and bradycardia, medications, cardizem, dofetilide, crestor, omepeazole, magnesium, vitamin d, and c. After having a pacemaker placed I get chest pain at approximately the same time at night. Short term crushing, pulsating located right of my sternum, no shortness of breath, or dizziness, heart rate remains around eighty, The range is 60 to 130. Should I be concerned?

Medications: dofetilide, crestor, cardizem, spirolactone, coumadin, multi vitamins
Conditions: afif

Please consult your cardiologist. I recommend the following: 1) chest X-ray, p a and right lateral view to make sure the pacemaker lead is okay. I assume it is V V I Lead. 2) 12 lead EKG 3) Holter monitor. If still no diagnosis, you may need a CT scan of chest.
Further cardiac evaluation is required. Is this a simple pacemaker or one combined with defibrillator? There is something happening and seems to occur when lying down at night.
