I have been in treatment for over just about 60 days and my drug tests keep saying fentanyl could chrohns disease cause the drugs to stay in ny system that long cause honestly i have not used the whole time and i dont get it

Fentanyl like all opioids can cause a slow down of intestinal motility, but should not affect the metabolism of the drug.
