“Concerta ”
so I was prescribed concerta and I was told to take 1 everyday for 7 days and the. 2 everyday for 21 days. I accidentally started my week with 2. How do I correct my routine?

Go back to taking just 1 pill daily for the remaining days of the first 7-day period. Then continue with 2 pills daily as originally planned. You can decrease it to 1 starting the next day and continue with 1 for the remaining 6 days then increase back to 2.
So you started with 49 pills, right? And you started by taking 2 pills daily, right? So you will have enough for 24 days plus 1 pill. You can either tell your prescriber what happened and get an early refill, or you can take only 1 pill for 3-4 days (whatever days you have less to accomplish) making up for the deficit.
I’d suggest for you to take it as prescribed. So, beginning tomorrow take one a day only.
