“Genital disease?”
Two weeks after unprotected sex it feels like something is eating my area and testicles away. Down there I have discomfort like crazy in the penis to the point I can’t sleep. I’ve been tested for for everything which came out negative on all STDs as well it’s been over 120+ days. I’m losing my mind.

It could be psychological since you didn't use any protection and the thought of catching a disease is ever present on your mind. You've tested for everything and it was negative so relax your mind. Another thought is have you switched laundry detergents lately if you have this could be the problem, it may be making you itch down there.
