How long after antibiotics does kidney infection go away?

I have a kidney infection and take antibiotics for it. How long after antibiotics does kidney infection go away?

Depends on the severity of infection. For mild infection, may take antibiotics for 5-7 days, but for severe infections, might need 2 weeks and frequently IV antibiotics.
