I have a scar on my lip that will get a big white head looking pimple that takes a long time to come off! When they took the stitches out, the forgot one of them. I thought i should throw that piece of info in there!

In some cases, if the lesion is near the lip border (vermilion border), a referral to a plastic surgeon may be appropriate to ensure both functional and aesthetic outcomes are preserved.
