I want to get ear plastic surgery. Is ear plastic surgery permanent?

This is a great question that depends, like most things, on the correction of ear deformity. If you are alluding to the standard "otoplasty" otherwise known as "ear pinning", the correction or result is permanent. Now, please let me state on a side note, as permanent as we are as living, and breathing human beings who change over time. But, it is a long-lasting procedure.
yes
For the most part the answer to this question is yes. If you have had surgery once, minor improvements can be made with a second surgery.
When approaching any medical procedure, especially surgery, you should have the attitude that the result may be permanent. Revision surgery is always possible, but it may not always be able to correct the primary surgery if it went poorly.
Depends on what ear surgery you are contemplating for. It usually is permanent.
Yes, it is intended to be.
