“Is it ok to eat greasy foods after 3 days of food poisoning?”
I got food poisoning 3 days ago. The good thing is I threw it up 4 hours later. I’ve been eating soup since then and wanted to eat normally again. I usually get cramps after eating, but I think it’s indigestion. So is it ok?

Yes it's probably ok now, but don't eat too much greasy food in general.
