Is it worth an ER visit?

I have currently been experiencing rapid weight gain, increased bloating after eating or drinking anything. During and after eating I have very sharp pains in various areas of my stomach. I have also been experiencing a loss of energy and sluggishness for a few weeks and nausea spells getting increasingly worse.

I do eat pretty well with limited gluten and not much for sweets aside from ice cream from time to time. I have no dietary issues aside from gluten intolerance and I do not eat 3 heavy meals a day.

I have had b.m recently as well as using semaknot from time to time for aid directed by my primary doc. However, none of these issues have subsided and keep getting worse. Wondering if this is worth going to an ER for or not since my next available appointment is in late January.

No, going to the ER will not help. It's not an emergency and an ER doc will not know what to do with these symptoms. You might want to see a GI doc if you can get an appointment sooner, vs. a PCP. Try reducing carbs in the diet by following the Low FODMAP diet. This often helps reduce bloating if you follow it strictly.
