I have a bulging disc in my lower back and want to treat it. Is walking good for a bulging disc?

Walking is great overall. Try strengthening the muscles around the disk and visit a chiropractor to have them realign the disks.
Physical therapy for a minimum of 6 weeks, then go from there.
