“Kidney discomfort after Masturbation”

After Masturbation, I am feeling discomfort in right kidney area since 1 week for some time and now even feeling discomfort in left side too. This happens only after masturbation and it goes after some time. Is it the sign of kidney damage. I am 33 years old Male. I have been doing masturbation almost every single day since my 11th age onwards.

Medications: Taking Nezalast Spray and Montelukast tablet since 2 month for nose polyps
Conditions: I have Tinnitus, polyps in right nose, and eye floaters, premature ejaculation. Deficient in Vitamin A & Zinc
