“Late Menstrual cycle”
I'm 3 days late on my menstrual cycle. My cycle are regular. I have been have migraines alot more. My tubes are tied, clipped, and burnt had the procedure done in 2019. What could be the cause of missed period?

Any travel, stress, or change in diet can do this. Still take a pregnancy test to be sure. Likely this will regulate if there is a negative pregnancy.
