“Lower right abdomen pain and diarhea ”
I was traveling 3 days ago and had to get up really early. I got bad stomach cramps and then had diarrhea twice. I thought it was from traveling. The atomach cramps continued for another day. I felt like I will have diarrhea but didn't. Today , the thirds day, I had diarrhea again and have pain on my lower side of abdomen. I am also bloated. I had a mild cold 3 days ago, but I am well now. I have acid reflux otherwise I am a healthy. I went to a gastroenterologist 3 months ago and everything was well.

Difficult to say what exactly might be going on but it is possible that you may have eaten something bad or got a stomach bug since it is only 3 days since the start of your symptoms. I would make sure that you are drinking plenty of fluids and if any of your symptoms get significantly worse then you may need to go to the emergency room for evaluation. Hopefully this will pass within the next week or 2.
