“My left ear feels blocked?”
I started running in the morning around 3/4 days ago and I noticed that my left ear feels blocked almost like I have water in it. I don't have any serious illnesses and I'm not taking any medication. I haven't put anything in my ear and it doesn't hurt but it's still concerning.

Type in "Valsalsa maneuver" on your browser. Follow instructions. This works, i.e. opens up Eustachian tube, repeat as much as necessary. No smoking, treat allergies. If VM fails see ENT doctor
It may just be a wax build up. Go see your primary care.

Blockage can be from many different issues, including wax. Would suggest a visit to an ENT Specialist.

It could be blocked by wax. You should see an ENT to check it and maybe clean it.
