“My stomach issues”
I am having stomach aches with nausea and fatigue and I fart and burp a lot I also have constipation and diahea. So I just want to get to the bottom of this issue.

It's probably multiple things happening at the same time, affecting different parts of the GI tract. Constipation alternating with diarrhea is classic for IBS. Flatus is usually the result of carbohydrate malabsorption. Nausea and fatigue are very vague and could be from a GI or non-GI cause. Each symptom needs to be worked up separately.
