Severe Chronic Back and Rib Pain

I'm 22 and i've been dealing with chronic mid back and rib pain for 4+ years. Within a hour of getting out of bed the pain starts. Usually starts with a aching tightness in my mid back but as the hours go by it gets to a sharp pain in my mid back and my left ribs, if I push myself to much I've even had stabbing pain when I breathe or lift my arms. I know for sure it's been happening these last few years and maybe before that ( I remember putting my head on my desk in school so I didn't have to hold myself up for a bit). There's also random things like when I do push-ups/planks my left rib kind of feels out of place and I recently noticed sometimes I get a warm sensation in my back like the blood is returning to it. My posture is also fairly bad, the longer I'm out the more it hurts to hold myself up.
I did PT for a bit but it didn't help, over the counter pain relievers don't help, I usually just have to lay down. I'm a trans man and I haven't used a binder in over 3 months, I binded pretty unhealthy honestly so I was really hoping that was the issue but no change.  It's been screwing with me mentally too since I can't work, definitely not enough to support myself, it strongly effects my social life and self care.

It sounds like you are in very poor shape. You need to ally yourself with a fitness physiotherapist that can lead you to a stronger body. Low level laser therapy would also help.
