I was diagnosed with prediabetes. Should you treat prediabetes?

1 Answer

To treat prediabetes it mostly involves making changes to your diet. Eating less fat, use of oils and fried foods. Drink plenty of water. Decrease sugar intake. Increase intake of vegetables, fruits, and other healthy foods. The most important issues is to make sure you are decreasing your sugar intake. That includes drinking sodas, packaged foods with preservatives, and high fructose corn syrup, which surprisingly appears in many foods. Check the labels of food and have patience with yourself. Change is difficult, but you can do it!.
