Spots on breast

I’m 14 years old and female. I don’t know exactly how long it’s been that I’ve had these spots but I’m just not noticing them.
They are very tiny light brown spots around my entire breast there are none on my nipples. Some of them come out (kinda like a black head but onetime I noticed it looked like fur or hair that came out) if I pick at them some have very very tiny hairs some are darker then others they don’t hurt. I don’t think they are blackheads, but they possibly are. Are these just showing up because I’m a hormonal teenager or is it something else. Either way please tell me how I can make them go away as I have become very insecure

Hello and thank you for reaching out. Without actually seeing the "spots" on your breasts it is impossible to make an actual diagnosis. However, based on what you have described they could be hair follicles. Many women do get hair on their breasts and this growth may be increased due to the hormonal activity you are going through during this time. However, it is advisable not to try to "squeeze" them or tamper with them as you may aggravate them, possibly get an infection and even leave a scar. It is recommended, however, that you consult with your pediatrician and/or a dermatologist for a proper evaluation and treatment. Best of luck to you and stay well. A. Nardone MD, FACOG
