“Spotting and cramps ”
My LMP was May10th , I had Intercourse on 4th June PROTECTED, I took emergency contraceptive pill levonorgestrel 1.5mg immediately. I had bleeding on 13 th June to 16 th June. I took pregnancy urine test on 27th June with first morning urine. It was negative. I have breast tenderness and cramps and i am spotting today on 4 th July.

The emergency contraception brought on a "withdrawal" bleeding it was supposed to do. Chances are the breast tenderness is from water retention.
