Thigh pain

My thigh is tender and sore to the touch. I was working out yesterday and it hasn't stopped hurting.

You have most likely "pulled a muscle" which is the common term for a light tear in the muscle fibers when you push or pull beyond your limit, especially if you have failed to warm up properly. In serious cases, a hematoma ensues making your skin black and blue. If that is not the case, use a warming lotion on the tender area 3 times a day until it is better. Give the thigh rest until it is no longer tender.
