“Very scared! Please help?”
For the past couple of years, I have felt a weird fullness in my upper abdomen on the left side right under my rib cage. After I do sit-ups if I stand up I feel a huge organ shift and it’s very scary for me. I have been dealing with this for maybe 3 to 4 years. I have an 8-year-old daughter and didn’t have this before she was born. I don’t know if it is a hernia or what it is?

Dont live in fear, the good news is that it has been stable for 4 years and it is not cause you pain. Go see your PMD, I would start with a history and physical and an ultrasound.
Sounds like a Morgagni hernia but having an xray and CT from a medical professional is the correct option since many things can cause this sendation
Consult PCP. Require CT scan of abdomen and pelvis. Consult Functional Medicine. Start Acupuncture with Moxibustion.
It might be an abdominal wall hernia, but you need a physical exam to diagnose that. See a PCP, general surgeon or orthopedic specialist.
