Hello,
It's always a great idea to work with a dietitian nutritionist to get personalized diet plans. However, a good diet for pregnancy includes Leafty greens (kale, collards, spinach etc.) carrots, cabbages, beets and so on. A variety of vegetables, organic preferably should be the goal since you want to minimize pesticide loads. Grassfed beef, organic chicken, wild salmon, nuts/seeds, whole grains. Some fresh fruits in season, filtered clean water. Again, a variety of wholesome foods should be your focus. Minimize eating ultra processed foods and cut back on sugary juices and sodas, snacks and desserts.
