What an excellent question! Typically you will be able to drive within 1 to 3 days after surgery, but always follow the follow up schedule and recommendations of your surgeon/optometrist.
There are many different laser surgeries for the eyes . If youre talking about LASIK then next day . If its laser for glaucoma or retinal tear . Then next day you could drive.
