“When to go to urgent care for abdomen pain?”
I have had severe right abdominal pain for 5 days and some diarrhea.

Sometimes colitis can give these symptoms. But there are multiple causes for your illness. You need to call your PCP and get tested outpatiently. If symptoms get severe, then go to ER
Might be an infectious enteritis or colitis. Go to urgent care if pain persists more than 5-7 days or if the pain is severe.
