the major issue is fall precaution and bleeding risk. You can check HAS-BLED Score for Major Bleeding Risk and if high risk, then do your best to keep her safe from falling and accidental injury. Also type of blood thinner is also important, some has antidote in case of bleeding and some do not. see the precautions with your physician.
