Extreme weight loss?

I have lost 53 pounds in the run of 8 months. I started losing weight in August of 2019 got sick and rushed to the ER where I was malnutrition because I was not eating and it was not because I did not want to just don't have the desire. After about 3 bites of anything, I can't eat anymore. I lost 20 pounds in one month that was Sep 2019. I have had a Ct Scan of my brain, Chest, and stomach. Brain I have allergies now I have a cyst on my left side inside of my nose. Chest x-ray stats I have a mild chronic lung disease that has been present since last year August 2019. I also have gastritis and gastroparesis, which now I have a cyst on my kidney and a third lobe on my liver. My question is can the COPD cause me to lose extreme weight. I was 234lbs now I am 179lb continuing to lose weight. Do you have any insight? I have a blood clot in my left leg it is a superficial clot.

As long as your blood work is within normal limits, it is okay to continue to lose weight. You are reading too much into your non-specific diagnostic tests. I do not understand why you were started on Eliquis, there is no standard indication for blood thinner in superficial blood clot, it is only for DVT (deep vein thrombosis). Gastroperesis, if present, is treated with Reglan. Mild or moderate COPD does not cause any weight loss. Mild chronic lung disease does not mean you have COPD.
