“Why does my mother's hands and feet feel cold when the weather's still warm?”
My mother is 78 years old and her hands and feet are constantly cold, even when it's still pretty hot out. Why is this happening? What can we do for her?

These symptoms need evaluation by a doctor and possible testing. It could be a manifestation of perigeral neuropathy, vascular disease, or, most commonly, age-related joint disease arthritis.
