“How bad is coffee for general health?”
I've been drinking a lot of coffee lately - about 3 cups a day to get me going. How bad is it for my health in general?

At three cups a day, you should be fine. Enjoy it! Excessive caffeine can cause heart palpitations, dysthymias, anxiety, irritability, etc. However, at relatively low doses, it should be okay. If you notice any of those symptoms, you should reduce your use.
