I am a 40 year old male and I will have spine surgery. How should I sleep after spine surgery?

I usually don’t have any restrictions for my patients in regards to the position of sleeping postoperatively
No specific restrictions.
With your eyes closed. Seriously, you should sleep well in any comfortable position.
