Is it safe to take 600mg of seroquel at one time?

I'm currently on Seroquel, Gabapentin, Zofran and Valerian. Is it safe to take 600mg of Seroquel at one time?

Depending on the condition being treated, the maximum recommended dose of quetiapine (trade name Seroquel) is 800 mg/day. Lower doses and/or monitoring may be necessary with that combination of medications though. Quetiapine, gabapentin, and valerian together can increase your risk of experiencing severe drowsiness, dizziness, and/or confusion. Quetiapine and ondansetron (trade name Zofran) together can increase your risk for irregular heart rhythms. Check with your doctor and/or pharmacist about your specific doses and conditions.
