“Can only lifestyle changes help me lose weight?”
I am really struggling with my health because I have gained a lot of weight. Can only lifestyle changes help me to lose the excess weight that I have gained? I need to lose at least 50 lb. What kind of exercises and diet do you recommend?

Losing weight is as simple as eating less than you burn. Meanwhile, this is rather difficult unless you count your calories and have a good idea of your exercise load in terms of burning. It can be done, and the first step is wanting it!
Lifestyle to include diet an exercise will help, only avoiding sodas will help you lose fast 10 pounds or more. Diet redue carbs an at least 30 min exercise day start lo intesity as tolerated and increase over time also increase water intake will help get all toxins out of the body an improve metabolism
Hi there,
I thank you for the question, and indeed, being overweight is not someone's desire. Though, in this world of plentiful food supplies and a sedentary life, it's very easy to become one of those billions around the world. Nevertheless, if your blood pressure, total cholesterol, glucose levels, joints, and back are doing well and you're not experiencing snoring, breathlessness, increased sweating, feeling very tired, and not being able to cope with physical activities, then you obviously have nothing to worry about. Having said that, it does not mean that you should be happy with your weight, and the first thing to start with is, how many calories do you need per day and how much calories do you need to burn? You need to see your doctor and confirm your BMI and all those parameters that I mentioned above. So then you can talk to yourself and decide what you really wand to do. Obesity in itself is a disease.
