It is not advisable, although it depends on the dosage. 3 200mg. Ibuprofen and 2 Tylenol would be OK, but 3 600mg. Ibuprofen and 2 Tylenol would not. Ibuprofen is a strong stomach irritant and can cause ulcers. I was unable to find your question on the site, therefore this email.
