“Is there any physical therapy for preventing sinusitis infections?”
I keep getting sinusitis infections once every other month or so. Can I try some physical therapy or yoga to prevent this infection from recurring?

Physical therapy can not help with sinusitis. *Rafael Mastov, D.P.T. * Doctor of Physical Therapy www.AdvanceCarePT.com
I have no knowledge of any studies or literature reviews to support Physical Therapy in prevention of sinusitis. Good luck.
It definitely doesn't hurt to try. Musculoskeletal restrictions can play a large part in the struggles of some people's sinus flows. You may be experiencing a spinal instability that is affecting your freedom of movement through the cervical spine. This can create a kinematic chain reaction that has affected some of my patient's sinuses. But, this is only speculation. I would highly recommend a physical therapy evaluation.
