Consider check meds, possible 24hr BP study.
The most common cause of low pressure among otherwise healthy individuals is depletion of fluid in the blood compartment. Obviously, the first and immediate treatment for this is to replenish the fluid, and the best way to do that is to drink at least 2½ liters of fluid daily, and more in warmer weather. 1 Good Way to assess whether you are getting enough fluid is to assess the frequency and amount of your urine, and the color of it. The lighter your urine, the better your fluid balance.
