Suspicions of Lymphoma


These are my characteristics:

Female:16 years old, 122 lbs, Hispanic and white.
High sugar, carb, fat, protein diet.
Only drink water when thirsty.
Unvaccinated .
No diabetes, but a family history.
Family history of lung and pancreatic cancers. No surgeries.
No alcohol or recreational drug use.
No sexual contact.
No current medications.
Prior Mediations:
Tenex- for insomnia, ineffective.
Amoxicillin- for pneumonia, two weeks recovered.

Symptoms:
• Right lymph node swollen, stiff to touch, uncertain of duration possibly for several months.
• Fatigue/tiredness throughout the day even with ample rest, almost three years, worse in this last year.
• Chest pain, uncertain of specific location, breathing deeply/vigorous and gentle activity/temp change worsens pain, can feel heartbeat often, previously brought up up with primary care physician on scheduled check up and ordered a heart monitor, all normal, a little over a year.
• Temperature intolerance, heat causes discomfort very quickly, sweating, headaches, difficulty breathing, tingling, itchiness, dizziness, a few months, worsened in this last month.
• Abdominal pain, occasional sharp pains in left side, general pain on both sides and stomach, past two months.
• Difficultly falling asleep, random sharp itchiness that occasionally causes jolting, waking up ever few hours, was worse in the past year but has improved somewhat.
•Muscle weakness, unable to support even smaller amounts of weight, shakiness, poor grip strength, slower reflexes, this month.
•Bruising, small bumps and falls always result in bruising, occasional bruising without known cause, since childhood.
•Twitching, varied (minor and major) muscle jerks/tremors/ripples, extremities, face, back, abdomen, have seen a neurologist, dismissed as stress, no lab work done, progressed since since childhood.
•Difficultly focusing, listening to spoken words and reading often needs to be done multiple times, frequent forgetfulness, occasional confusion, several years, worsened over time.
•Constipation, inconsistent bowel movements and stool, often light color and soft or dark color and hard, on and off for the past year.
•Vision impairments, trouble keeping eyes focused, blurred vision, glasses ordered, significantly worsened over time especially this year.
•Loss of appetite, very quickly feel full when eating, no hunger, still having a minimum of two meals per day, past month or so.

Pre-existing conditions/habits:
-hypermobility especially in the feet and arms
-poor coordination and balance
-acid reflux
-irregular menstrual cycle
-migraines
-low blood pressure in the morning
-frequently sick with local bugs (flu, colds, other infections)
-frequent UTIs
-frequent food poisoning
-cracks knuckles, toes, neck, back, elbows, ankles, wrists

Further comments:
Possibly had a seizure in May of 2017. Did not visit hospital.
Possibly multiple brakes or fractures in both ankles 2016-2019. Did not visit hospital.
Both ankles click and crunch, are stiff, slightly swollen (normal color no pain) and have limited mobility.
Pneumonia in 2018 that still hurts at times.(coughing, deep breaths, exercise).

Thank you for your very thorough history. You may have a benign enlarged lymph node associated with your pneumonia or it may be a lymphoma, possibly Hodgkin's lymphoma. If your condition remains stable and the node resolves, I wouldn't worry. If you lose wight or develop any more enlarged odes, I would have a needle biopsy performed. You have enough other symptoms that it may be worth your seeing an internal medicine specialist for a thorough exam.
